Dnyaneshwar Gramonnati Mandal, Ale is one of the renowned Educational institutions in the Northern Pune district. As area is hilly, it was deprived of better educational facilities. By taking into Consideration, especially the need for rural girls Sanstha had good intentions to create educational atmosphere in the nearby area for the local farmer families. This intention was implied firstly in 1959, when Sanstha started High-School and Junior College.
